I agree with Tammy! New ideas are always welcome. Something in addition to the certificates, etc. that could raise awareness for families as well.

I have ordered buttons and posters to share with my co-workers and class mates at Mohawk college and hope to create awareness of how we should be proud to work and study in early learning and child care field. Further more it will be a highlight during my assignment and presentation in class regarding the the OCBCC organization.
