OCBCC Sends Letter to the Toronto Star on Implementation of the Complete Pascal Report

Charles Pascal submitted his report on June 15. Throughout the summer and now, the Provincial government is reviewing the report and thinking about it’s implementation. 2009 Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Education Appreciation Day

Mark your calendars for October 21, 2009. This year’s theme will be “Proud to Work in Early Learning and Child Care”.

Across Ontario, the early learning and child care sector will be celebrating the ninth annual appreciation day for child care staff. The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care and the Canadian Union of Public Employees have sent every mayor in Ontario a request to proclaim October 21 “Child Care Worker and ECE Appreciation Day”.
