Advocacy in Action! Boards of trade push for $10 a day child care in B.C.

Feb 06, 2013

Two boards of trade recommends that British Columbia's provincial and federal government  take action to subsidize child care to $10 a day during the Business and Families First Dialogue event.

The benefits of having $10 a day child care? This would help families have better access to quality child care.

It would mean an investment to the economy as more parents would be able to work or attend school, as well as an investment in the early learning opportunities for young children.
