Fred Hahn, President of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Ontario, has sent Premier Dalton McGuinty a letter about the success of the Early Learning Program and Child Care Sectory Stability.

Mr. Hahn cautions the Premier that there is "tremendous uncertainty and instability in the sector resulting from year of piecemeal funding by all levels of government, the loss of Best Start funding, and the looming removal of four- and five-year olds from child care centres".
