Full-day kindergarten: the best option for the future of our children

Not only experts in child development, child care workers and advocates laud the importance of quality care; more and more we hear from different members of society, who recognize the importance of an integrated system of early education and care, as a fundamental step in the social and economic outcomes in adulthood.
