The Public Health Report of the unlicensed home daycare in Vaughan presents as a "real public health disaster" said Andrea Calver, coordinator of the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care. This clip discusses the information made available through the report, requested through Freedom of Information by the OCBCC.

As well it discusses the role of the Ministry of Education, who investigated only one of five complaints previously made regarding the illegal Vaughan daycare.
