While the cause of death has not been determined in the death of toddler Eva Ravikovich, a Public Health report describes the unsanitary conditions found in the unlicensed home daycare the following day.

Through a freedom of information request, the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care received documents that detail the presence of Listeria on three different food items collected by Public Health.
