This article discuss the uninvestigated complaints towards the Vaughan unlicensed home daycare where a toddler died on July 8, 2013. The Ministry of Education received 280 complaints which were "supposed to be" followed up by visiting the child care centre within 5 business days. However, the Education Officials have admitted that they have failed to follow up on these complaints. Due to child's death in Vaughn, 2 ministry have been suspended.
