How do you make child care more affordable? By breaking down the wall between education and care. In other words, the same way we already have pubic child care and education for children ages 5-17. We don't expect parents to partake in sky rocket fees when educating their children. Why? Because its expensive and the average family would be in poverty paying for their child through kindergarten to grade 12.
