Cuts to subsidies threaten 72 year old centre in Toronto

Rosemary White, Executive Director of Bond Child and Family Development, says that their centre will close in the fall with looming subsidy cuts.

The Bond Child and Family Development is a "licensed non profit charity offering inclusive enriched early education and family support to residents of the St.Jamestown and Regent Park communities".

The centre currently has a 39% vacancy rate with no new funding available for the 15 children on the waiting list.
