There is a police investigation into Allison Tucker's death. The toddler was in the bathtub at her babysitters, Maria Sosa's, home. When Sosa was momentarily distracted, Tucker appeared to have drowned in the tub.

A neighbour of Sosa's described Tucker as a "lovely little girl," who didn't seem her age.
