Chatham-Kent-Essex Green Party Candidate, Ken Bell, is critical of what he sees as stop-gap measures undertaken by governments for purely political reasons, rather than taking the time to solve problems properly.
is critical of the implementation of full-day kindergarten, which he says has placed a very real need for daycare services and passed it off onto an already overburdened education system.
He said, “There should be universal access to non-profit, private publicly funded daycare.”
