After the Ministry of Education failed to follow up on complaints made against the illegal Vaughan daycare, the unfortunate death of toddler Eva Ravikovich lead to a public health inspection. The report has been released through a Freedom of Information request.

It describes many sanitation concerns found in the home, including the presence of Listeria.  These new details raise many questions, as the family has been told the child’s death was preventable.
