CBC News reports on the death of a toddler in a Vaughan child care. More information has revealed that there were three complaints lodged against this unlicensed child care but two out of these 3 complaints were not investigated by the ministry. 

The Home Child Care Association of Ontario, which represents licensed home childcare agencies, said the governing Liberals should require all childcare providers to meet minimum licensing standards.
