NDP critic Monique Taylor questions Minister of Education Liz Sandals regarding the previous inspections of the unlicensed Vaughan home day care, following the release of the Public Health Report. The report describes how, last November, an education ministry inspector was asked to remain outside the home day care for 20 minutes, before being allowed entry.

The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care is calling for licensing of all home child care businesses, as part of a larger movement to ensure quality, affordable and licensed care for all families in Ontario.
