Preschool faces closure if it loses its site in public school

"With only one day left before the public has their say on the future of city-owned school sites, Orillia Central Preschool staff is stating its case.


"We've been here for 25 years this September, so we'd like to continue providing our service to the people in the area," Shannon Daggett, program supervisor at the day care, said on Tuesday. "We're the heart of the building."
Daggett said the day care is "the heart of the building" and if the city chooses to use the building for other purposes, the day care will inevitably close"
