A preschool program in Windsor for children with special needs has been Saved! With the possible loss of the program, community supporters came together and launched a fundraiser and petition. Annually, the program supports 2,500 children with physical, neurological and developmental challenges. The John McGivney Childrens Centre was founded in 1978.
