Saskatoon parents allege children neglected at unlicensed daycare

A Saskatoon couple is raising concerns after filing a complaint yesterday against a unlicensed home care. Jessica Day and Don Fraser contacted police regarding the home care stating their children experienced neglect and mistreatment. Their 15 month old son and 6 year old daughter were not acting like themselves and had both came home starving. One day her son came home with his diaper soaked through his jeans and dirt and snot all over his face. It is believed he suffered physical harm due to neglect. Both children have been removed from the home child care facility and are feeling much better. The home care is now undergoing a investigation by the Ministry of Education.
