Toronto Star- the Toronto Star talks about the fact that we have an inadequate child care system.  Women have been in the workforce for four decades and we still do not have a reliable child care system in Ontario. The Ontario Ministry of Education should take action to (finally) create a system that works for the majority of children and their families. They deserve nothing less, 80% of children in Ontario are placed in unlicensed child care.
