Two Education Ministry staff were suspended after they failed to follow up on the complaints of unlicensed child care centre in Vaughan for over-crowding. A toddler, died at this unlicensed centre which housed 27 children. According to the Day Nurseries Act (DNA), only 5 kids under the age of 10 are allowed in home child care centres.
