This new 2016 edition of A Guide to Early Learning and Child Care in Ontario is a project of the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care. Since the 2012 edition of this publication there have been many changes to the governance, financing and pedagogy of early learning and child care in Ontario. Thus this new edition needed to provide a comprehensive update to the previous versions of this guide.
