This article describes the negligence charges officially laid against Gloria DeMelo and the closing of her unlicensed home daycare in Pape and Gerrard area. The facility has been closed by the Ministry of Child Services. "They allege a 22-month-old boy was bitten 18 times by another youngster at the facility and that the injuries left the tot with prominent bruising, swelling and in some cases, broken skin."
