The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care welcomes the Ontario government's Throne Speech commitment of 100,000 new child care spaces for 0-4 year olds. If achieved, the government's plan would double the current spaces for 0-4 years olds, bringing Ontario to coverage for 40% of children.
